4 Please provide the url to the site we are replacing or indicate if we are building a new site with a different url.

6 Briefly describe your products or services you will be selling on the site we are implementing.

7What sets you apart from your competitors?

8 Who is your target market? Who are you hoping to reach with your site?

9What is the URL of your existing website (if any)? What do you like and dislike about your existing website?

10 This is a very important part of this questionnaire. Please list at least 3 URLs (web addresses) of high quality sites that you like the look of (these do not have to be sites who’s business is similar to yours. It aids us in determining what your design style is.) Consider layout, colors, navigation, graphics, font/print. ie, www.apple.com I like the clean look and feel. , https://www.miyacompany.com/ I like the layout of the slide show and the full background.

11 What colors or color schemes would you like? If you have a brand style guide, please submit it to your project manager.

12 What fonts do you use? If you have a brand style guide, please submit it to your project manager.

13 Please provide the addresses of competitors' sites, if possible.
