Nomad Release 1.4.8.0

Here are some updates and fixes included in this release:

Storefront -

1. Corrected the Shipping Estimator on the Shopping Cart page to also show the updated tax value when shipping is taxed.

2. Automatic discounts that add an item to the cart should no longer result in a server error if that item has no price.

3. Performing a storefront search using the enter key sometimes required you to press enter multiple times. This has been corrected.

4. There was an extra segment in the navigation breadcrumb in the "Activity & Notifications" area of the storefront that shouldn't have been there, it has been removed.

Shopping Lists will now show a price total if all items in the list have price display allowed.
